Known for its sunny skies, warm weather, and picturesque scenery, Kissimmee is the perfect place to call home or to escape for a relaxing getaway. With its close proximity to world-famous attractions like Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, Kissimmee is the perfect destination for families and vacationers alike.

This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (2 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher and 1 soap (per bathroom).
We don't leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.
THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.
We expect all guest to maintain the home in the good condition it was found in and make sure to keep clean. Any damages will be charged to the guests. Quiet hours are from 11pm-7am.
Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the home unless we give permission.
No parties, no illegal drugs, no pets, and no smoking inside allowed.
POOL HEAT-IMPORTANT
* Pool and spa heat can be available for $45/night-
*Needs 48 hour notice to be turned on.
*Minimum 3 nights to maintain temperature, temperature will not exceed 95F.
*Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
*Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)

The property was beautiful! We had everything we needed. Bridgette was exceptional. Her response time on taking care of any issues was outstanding! We definitely will be staying here again! I would recommend you book this location right away! You will not regret it. It’s a 10 out of 10 for me!!!!!S/n: The only issue we had was the code for the gate to get into the property did not work, so we had to wait until someone came out and then hurried in while the gate was open. This seemed to be normal because that’s what other guest were doing as well.

We recently stayed at this vacation rental and overall had a pleasant experience. The home is spacious, nicely laid out, and provided a comfortable setting for our trip. It had plenty of room for our group and felt welcoming upon arrival.That said, there are a few areas that could use some attention. The internet connection was very spotty during our stay, which was a bit frustrating, especially when trying to work or make phone calls. The interior would benefit from a few touchups—a fresh coat of paint on the walls would really brighten things up, and the kitchen cabinets are showing signs of wear. The microwave also seemed outdated and could use replacing. Additionally, the outside trashcan is in need of a thorough cleaning, as there was old food stuck at the bottom.One other thing to note: the thermostat was locked and required a PIN to adjust, which made it difficult to manage the indoor temperature comfortably.On a positive note, the host was extremely responsive and friendly, which we really appreciated. Any questions we had were answered quickly and helpfully.Despite the minor issues, I would still recommend this property to future guests, especially for those looking for a spacious and comfortable place to stay. With the few updates mentioned, this rental could be truly top-notch.

We had a wonderful time in this property. The manager, Bri, was super helpful. We had some specual needs with an infant and young children. The home was well furnished, the pool was warm and the reception was excellent. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Also, the house was near a Target center so there was easy access to the property and local stores. Nothing but a wonderful time.

The house was okay overall, but there were a few things that made the stay less enjoyable. It was really hot inside, and the A/C didn’t seem to keep up, which made it uncomfortable at times. We had to pay for box fans to be able to sleep. The thermostat is fixed at 74 and you can't adjust it. The fridge space was pretty limited for a house that can sleep 20 something people. We had to pay for coolers to put stuff in. Trash pickup also wasn’t great—the bin had food at the bottom of it and it wasn't emptied when we asked. The showers also leak all over the floor so the few towels we had were used to keep the floor dry. The oven/stove was functional but it took some getting used to. It was crazy expensive to heat the hot tub which was very disappointing. On the plus side, the room sizes were good, the property staff was responsive via text, the location was good for driving to the convention center, the clubhouse was great, and having a pool was a nice bonus.
