Parking is free.
Commercial vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf carts, recreational vehicles, or watercraft is not permitted at Storey Lake.
Street parking is not allowed.
Cars parked in a tow-away zone or parked on property without permission may be towed at the car owner's expense.
The community allows up to 10 cars to enter the resort per unit. There are overflow parking spaces, but not guaranteed as they are not assigned nor reserved.
• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.
Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
It does not have jets.
6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.
• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL
- Cost: $75 All Stay
• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please dispose the trash daily in the plastic bench to keep a clean home.
• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. FEES MAY APPLY.
Some resorts may not accept them.

The house is big and the pics are accurate. We had 15 adults. The pool (pay extra for heating it, it’s worth it) saved the trip because it was cold and rainy when we stayed. It’s an excellent location and the property manager was quick to get back to us and respond to the few things we asked for when we checked in (more towels, plates). We would have given five stars all around if the house didn’t have cockroaches. They offered to come out and treat but we passed on that due to potential exposure to the insecticide. We later found out that a review on a different site from the month prior to our stay mentioned the insects so the managers/owners knew there was an issue. We recommend the house itself it’s a good spot but you will want to get some assurance that the bugs have been eliminated.
