Beautiful and clean hostel with great facilities and friendly staff. The photos on Agoda are legit, it’s as good as it looks. Great shower pressure!. The photography on the walls is a joy to see. You can tell a lot of care and love has been put into this place. It is a little bit of a walk into town (7 minutes) which when I stayed was ok but can imagine in winter or if you have a lot of luggage this could be a issue but there are plenty of taxis around BIEI station/town and everyone in BIEI will be more than willing to give you directions or any assistance they can- it’s a very friendly place. Lawsons is like 10 metres away from the door as well. There’s also a beautiful park on the street behind the hostel I recommend checking out. The view of the mountains from the the hostel are stunning- see pic. Would love to stay here again.

- Direkt gegenüber findet sich ein Lawson und eine Straße weiter eine Bäckerei
- Sehr nettes Personal, Abstellung von Gepäck vor Check-in kein Problem
- Zimmer sind klein, Betten bequem, Klimaanlage vorhanden
- Badezimmer und Toiletten sind sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet

My winter stay here was very comfy. It's in walking distance to the station and has a convenience store right next to it. The place itself is very clean and has a lot of information of the surrounding area. A washer and dryer is also available.
I really loved the photography centric decorations. I was able to book a photography workshop with a local photographer through there which allowed me to explore the hidden spots and wildlife.

From outside, the exterior looks like a container. But the interior is wooden material. They provide mineral water, coffe, tea & cookies. I feel comfort to spend 2 nights in here. Free to use laundry machine. Detergen JPY 100/pond was available in front desk.
