The Accommodation
The apartment is divided into 2 parts!
On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, 1 bedroom, the living room, the dining room, and the open-concept kitchen. A few steps lead down to the beautiful garden with two sun terraces.
In the basement, separate from the ground-floor apartment, there is another guest room and a restroom. Access is via the shared stairwell.
All rooms are very spacious, flooded with natural light, and feature a modern design.
The living/dining area with an open kitchen is flooded with natural light through a floor-to-ceiling sliding window over 5 meters wide. From the dining room, a staircase leads down to the garden. Here you’ll find over 250m² of garden space, featuring two terraces—each 30m²—directly adjacent to the house, as well as a 20m² terrace at the rear of the garden. Fruit trees and shrubs have been planted, along with numerous other trees and shrubs. It’s a true green oasis!!!
The open kitchen is equipped with a custom-made, high-quality built-in kitchen from Nobilia, which also serves as a room divider between the living and dining areas thanks to the kitchen island. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality built-in appliances from Siemens. An extractor hood is integrated into the stove (by Bora). A small minibar awaits you upon arrival, so you’ll be set for at least the first few hours. In Düsseldorf, you can also have your groceries delivered directly to your door via Rewe online. The bathroom features a modern, floor-level walk-in rain shower, just like in a hotel.
The bedroom on the first floor has a super cozy box-spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. There’s also plenty of storage space for your clothes.
The second bedroom and a restroom are located in the basement. The bed measures 200 x 200 cm. This room also features a desk with a view of the greenery, so you can work from home comfortably during your stay with us.
All floors in the living areas are finished with high-quality oak parquet and stylish tiles.
We’ve also provided multimedia wiring with network connections in every room.
If you’re traveling with CHILDREN, we have a variety of accessories available upon request…. Travel cribs, high chairs, toys, scooters, etc. Please let me know what you need.

You’ll have exclusive use of the entire ground-floor apartment, as well as the bedroom and bathroom. The apartment also includes a clothes dryer.
