About this villa rental
A STUNNING HOME DESIGNED FOR QUIET LUXURY where form and function meet Santa Fe contemporary architecture. The sculpted interior including 20-foot ceilings and clearstory windows, lend a filtered light that reflects from crisp white walls. All bedroom suites are well separated for privacy, are generous in size, have luxe baths, and enjoy access to the outdoors. Like a treasure tucked away, the location has paths through charming back neighborhoods to Downtown Subscriptions and Canyon Road. It is a few blocks from the grocery store and a few more to the downtown Plaza. The delightful partially covered pool is adjacent to patio dining and all is surrounded by native sandscape and traditional pinon fencing. The bold gates lead to a 2-car garage and additional parking for four cars. Luxury awaits!

CONVENIENCE: upon arrival, drive directly to your vacation home where we will greet you for the delivery of keys and a brief introduction to the home. Upon departure, we are there to close up and bid you a fond farewell.
COMPLIMENTARY: Aqui Santa Fe welcomes you with a New Mexico breakfast basket, AQUI bottled water, and flashlights for evening walks. You will find WIFI codes in the "Silent Concierge" and USB cords at bedside.

Our family spent last week in Santa Fe at Bellas Artes. The home was fabulous and perfect for our large family. Not only I s the home beautiful and very well-appointed, there was plenty of "private' spaces so that when someone did need to work remotely, they could find a quiet area. We loved you spacious patio area and the pool. It could not be a more convenient location, a short walk or bike ride to downtown. Kaunes grocery is just around the corner and a liquor store for alcoholic and non-alcoholic spirits is even closer than that.
Caroline Morgan takes personal pride in each of the homes she manages and works hard to ensure that everyone is comfortable well-accommodated. We highly recommend Aqui Santa Fe and Bellas Artes!

This Santa Fe house was even better than I expected. AQUI made me feel right at home and gave wonderful local recommendations. The house itself is gorgeous, and with four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a pool, my family had plenty of space to spread out and relax. Honestly, it was hard to leave! I loved getting a tour before we settled in, which made everything easy and welcoming. This charming home truly captures the Santa Fe spirit, and the location is absolutely stunning. I know I’ll be dreaming about this place for a long time to come.

To appreciate Santa Fe contemporary design with and exquisite renovation, you must stay at BELLAS ARTES.
It is filled with sunlight, has a supreme view of Santa Fe Ski and it accommodates friends and family easily with four ensuite bedrooms and that wonderful pool. Thank you AQUI for the attention to detail, it was much appreciated.

Wonderful house in a great location. Caroline was so warm, friendly, and helpful. Our favorite restaurants were Market Steer, The Compound, Vinaigrette, and Museum Hill Cafe. Santa Fe Cooking School was also fun for Jazz night and a cooking class. Can't wait to come back to Santa Fe and rent with Caroline again.
