* **Occupancy:**
The property sleeps a maximum of 16 guests. Please note there is a limit of 10 guests aged 6 and older.
* **Indoor Pool:**
The indoor pool is available for your enjoyment year-round and is professionally maintained. The temperature is kept in the low 80s Fahrenheit.
* **Early Check-In/Late Check-Out:**
These requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please inquire at least 24 hours in advance. If approved, an additional fee will apply.
* **Deliveries & Lost Items:**
We are not responsible for any lost or forgotten items, nor can we accept packages delivered to the property before your arrival or after your departure.
* **Travel Insurance:**
We strongly encourage all guests to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including weather, illness, or travel disruptions.
* **Pets:**
Pets are welcome (max 2, up to 50 lbs each). A one-time $200 pet fee applies per pet and is shown at checkout once a pet is added. Pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. Please keep them supervised, do not allow roaming in the neighborhood, and keep them off beds, sofas, and furniture. Thank you!

Very lovely and roomy house! Great for a family reunion and the location we found to be quite perfect. Lots of amenities available and felt it was in a very safe area. Anxious to return! Loved Sante fe!!

Exceptional estate with beautiful craftsmanship. Photos just can't capture the craftsmanship and beauty of the property. Location is 6 minutes to town. The master shower is a beautiful piece of art. The sunset views were spectacular from the living room and multiple outdoor spaces. Everything worked as it should. Clean and very comfortable.

Awesome location and well -equipped spacious house. Really good for our extended family gathering. Note that the property description described two of the bedrooms as having King beds and queen pull out sofas. Unless there's something we were really missing, those sofas are not queen-sized pull-outs (instead you can sort of lay them flat into a bed although the two sides didn't seem to line up meaning unless you were a very small person or child I don't think you'd want to sleep on it). Very well equipped kitchen. We cooked some big meals for our large group and the only thing we would suggest adding us a large cutting board.

I stayed here with my family and we absolutely loved it. The home is stylish, spotless, and thoughtfully designed—everything from the furniture to the kitchen setup felt high-end and welcoming. The indoor pool was a huge hit, and the pickleball court added a fun, active way to spend our afternoons. We ended up playing almost every day!One of the most memorable parts of the trip was visiting the neighboring ranch. We connected with the host there and had an incredible time riding the horses and learning about their unique approach. It was peaceful, grounding, and totally different from a typical horseback experience—definitely a highlight for all of us.The location couldn’t have been better: quiet and private, with beautiful views, but still just a short drive into the heart of Santa Fe. Everything about the stay felt easy and enjoyable, and the hosts clearly put a lot of thought into creating a great guest experience.Highly recommend this place—we’d come back in a heartbeat.
