This is the only shared space, but rest assured that your apartment and entryway are completely private, as I live separately in Unit 2 upstairs. Essentials like grocery stores, restaurants, and retail are close by, and parking is generally easier here than in busier parts of the city, with street parking readily available. While the proximity to the airport makes travel especially convenient, it can also bring some airplane noise, though most residents say it’s minimal once indoors. Public transit options are accessible, and downtown is reachable with a bit of planning, making the area a comfortable, convenient place for both short and extended stays.



Getting Around:

Public transportation is convenient and straightforward: several CTA bus routes, including the 52 Kedzie and 52A South Kedzie, stop nearby and connect you north toward the Orange Line train, while the 63rd Street bus runs east–west for added access. The closest CTA “L” option is the Orange Line, with Midway Airport station just about a 5-minute drive or a short bus ride away, providing a direct 25-minute train ride into downtown Chicago. Buses run regularly throughout the day, especially during peak hours, making it easy to reach the airport, connect to the train, or travel into the city without needing a car.

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
