This 125-square-meter detached house, boasting two bedrooms and two bathrooms, has been meticulously converted from an annex of the main villa where the owners reside.
The accommodation is thoughtfully distributed over two floors. The lower ground floor invites you into a welcoming veranda/living room, an intimate dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette, and a practical laundry room. This level also features a bedroom with a bunk bed, perfect for children, and a bathroom complete with a shower. Ascending to the upper ground floor, guests are greeted by a spacious living room, ideal for relaxation and social gatherings. The master double bedroom, with its ensuite bathroom featuring both a shower and tub, promises a luxurious haven of comfort for unwinding after a day of exploration.
One of Casa Liviana’s most appealing aspects is its private garden, a peaceful sanctuary where guests can enjoy the outdoors. Enhancing the luxury experience, an exclusive outdoor jacuzzi (swim current technology) offers moments of blissful relaxation under the Tuscan sky (available from April 15 to October 15).

We loved our stay at Liviana’s. The villa was beautiful and the landscape outstanding. The villa large and laid out well. There were so many little additions when we arrived. Pasta, cake, coffee and more. There is a cold/hot tub out side, which we used every day while drinking wine. The kitchen had everything you would require to prepare nice dinners, which we did several times. The location was perfect. A few minutes from restaurants and wineries. 30 minutes to Siena and less than an hour to Florence. Liviana and her husband were delightful people. They speak only Italian, but used the translation APP very well. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a great experience. Thanks for everything Liviana.

We prepared 3 meals in this friendly kitchen. The hosts surprised us with wine and goodies for our stay. We prepared a few charcuterie boards. Very comfortable beds. The cool tub was a refreshing end to our busy sight seeing days. Hosts were delightful and helpful with everything. Grocery store Euro Spin had so much quality food and wine prices were awesome. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend this lovely home.

We really enjoyed our stay. Peaceful and cosy. The cottage is placed ideally to visit the major milestones such as Florience, Sienna, Voltera... It also offers a great river to go and enjoy.
