Welcome to our 675 sq. ft. retreat! This well-laid-out space offers all the usual comforts plus convenience. Enjoy a thoughtfully designed interior that maximizes every inch for a relaxing experience. Perfectly situated near grocery stores, downtown, the university, bus stops, and the highway, our property offers easy access to all the key areas you need. Enjoy the convenience of being close to everything. Onyx Oasis l is 1 of 2 dwellings on the property. It includes the private fenced in backyard with two patios, grill, pool, fire pit, and designated parking space. The other dwelling is a separate private studio apartment Onyx Oasis II on the property that may or may not be occupied by another party. The studio booking does not have access to any of the amenities inside the private fenced backyard/that are included with your booking of the entire house, Onyx Oasis I. The studio has its own designated parking and garage. There are no shared spaces between the two dwellings except the driveway. Please reach out with any questions regarding this.

The hostess Margaret is very friendly and quick to answer questions. The house may not be large, but is very homey and is laid out to feel like you have good amount of area. 4 average sized adults found it comfortable. (The bathroom is compact, so would not recommend if you are an extremely overweight person.) The backyard and front porch/deck are laid out for outdoor socializing. Stocked with everything you need. All furnishings and appliances are clean, functioning and modern. Whoever decorated the house has a talent for it. I would stay there again. The only improvement needed is the front door locking mechanism.
