Kings Cottage 4 bed/3 full bath central Topeka

Exceptional stay! The Milkhouse was comfortable, spacious, immaculately clean, and had thoughtful touches throughout! Our family loved the extra breakfast supplies left for us in the refrigerator, comfortable beds, magazines, books, games, and of course the pool table! The property is absolutely beautiful, and we highly recommend this lovely home. The hostess was kind and inviting – you will love staying here!!

Clean, well-appointed house. Game room was a hit for this multi-generational travel group.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while still providing a peaceful atmosphere to unwind. We especially appreciated the attention to detail throughout the home, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-stocked kitchen and welcoming touches that made us feel right at home.Communication with the host was outstanding. Chris was very responsive, helpful, and ensured that everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.Overall, this was one of the best vacation rental experiences we’ve had. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free stay.

I was traveling with my mother, who uses a wheelchair, as well as my daughter and grandson. The house was perfect for our needs. Unfortunately, there was a storm that took the electricity out for the last full day we were there. Christopher graciously refunded us 100 for the inconvenience, although not necessary because it was nothing he could control. I will definitely look to rent from him again.
