Charming mezzanine apartment ideally located in Bagnolet, near metro line 9. This bright and well-appointed space offers all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. The apartment features a comfortable mezzanine bed, a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Next to the accommodation, you will find shops and restaurants, but the neighborhood doesn't have any tourist attractions; you'll need to take the metro to get to Paris. Just a few minutes' walk from Paris in Bagnolet, and very well served by the Robespierre metro station, the Porte de Montreuil tram stop, and bus 318. Our mezzanine studio can accommodate up to 3 people: 2 single beds (80x200 cm). It consists of a main room with: - a sofa - a coffee table - a Dining table - 4 Scandinavian chairs - a separate and functional kitchen: - a coffee machine - a microwave - a hob - a kettle - a refrigerator - crockery, glasses and cutlery - pots and pans - a private shower room and toilet. Upstairs, the sleeping area: - 2 single beds 80x200 (on request, the beds can be separated) - a bedside table - a storage wardrobe - iron and ironing accessories - 1 desk and 1 chair Bed linen and bath towels (1 medium-sized towel per person) are provided and included in the cleaning price.
