Cozy, Clean, Convenient and Spacious 3-bedroom apartment in beautiful Clayton.

We really enjoyed staying in Clayton and this property was perfect for our family. My granddaughter was thrilled that there was a playground across the street, and a special bonus was being able to watch the osprey feed its fledgling on the nest. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and relaxing the evenings. The property was conveniently located, within walking distance of the river and restaurants and shops in town. It was the second time we had stayed in this property and we were happy to return.

A group of 5 of us stayed at this beautiful spaceous apartment. From the moment we walked in the door each of us was happy with the place. It was spotless. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The porch had ample room for us to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The neighbors were very friendly. We were a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and liquor store and an 8 minute walk to the waterfront and shops. We highly recommend this place. Thank you for a beautiful place to stay.

Was clean and well kept. Walking distance to shops and water.

Very nice stay for 3 nights. The unit was very clean and organized. We had guests over for dinner one evening, and all went well. The local (one block away) pizzeria came in handy one evening, after a long day out & about. Very nice spot in a picture postcard town.
