The kitchen could have used a few things.

It was close to downtown and easy for me to get to my family who still live in Clayton.
My image of a “cottage” in the traditional sense, to what this space actually is, did not meet my expectations. If you expect to have a bedroom that has its own door and the capability to have total darkness for sleeping, you will be disappointed. It was like sleeping in the kitchen with electrical appliances emitting their LED lights, TV lights, and AC unit lights, night lights, etc. This is a one room efficiency space carved out of a larger tin building that I believe stored boats during the winter and possibly still does. Oh, the bathroom did have its own door. Beware too of the slippery footing in the shower. In addition, one has to walk across a grassed yard 500 yards or so to get to this tin building. The name of this space is “Bunk House”.
