We stayed in the upper unit of the Boathouse. Rarely do we find a place as clean as this. Well done! The boathouse is right on the water, views unobstructed and delightful. The deck outside has a lovely propane open flame heater which took the edge off of the cool evenings sitting outside. The owners were pleasant and very easy to communicate with.
Personally we found the beds too hard. We were able to move to the second bedroom which was a bit better.

Very nice location with view of the water. Comfortable lodging with very nice furnishings and all items needed for our stay. Very good communications with staff. Location made traveling to cruises, Antique Boat Museum and restaurants very close and easy.

Awesome location on a beautiful marina with an awesome view of the river. Very affordable and perfect size for a couple! Very clean and well kept! Russ was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.
Wish we had our own patio with table and chairs. We were in the “bunk house”. Also it would be nice to have a fire pit in the middle of the cottages w Adirondack chairs around it so all could use.

Laid back cottage setting on St Lawrence River.( 4) units,ours was clean and comfortable. Small boat yard 30 yards from our porch was interesting .Nice view of River.
Short 4- 5 minute drive to downtown Clayton( 15-20 minute walk).
Judy,our host was quite affable.Not too fancy,but Flat Screen,kitchen,Wi Fi..
