This is a very special condo for those seeking a high-end Tamarindo accommodation. Our Las Mareas Villa #3 is located in El Tesoro, Tamarindo's most-premium gated and secure neighborhood. Las Mareas is made up of six townhomes that share a lovely tropical-designed common space with a pool, BBQ area, and an ocean view gazebo. Enjoy a luxurious residence that overlooks Costa Rica's gorgeous Pacific coastline, the mouth of the Tamarindo River, and the Playa Grande Las Baulas National Park. Nothing but trees water and sand as far as the eye can see. The views are simply breathtaking!
The fully furnished property has three big king-bed bedrooms and three and a half nicely fitted bathrooms. The state-of-the-art kitchen is completely outfitted with high-end appliances. Relax on one of the two generously-sized balconies and soak in the magnificent views, or just open the large bifold windows to experience the authentic Costa Rican indoor/outdoor lifestyle. With a nearly 180-degree valley-and-ocean vista, you can see waves from 3 different surf spots. Just a short walk away are two of Tamarindo's most highly-rated beachfront restaurants- Pangas and Red Door. And the center of town is a just five-minute walk from the restaurants. Perfect location if you want safe, quiet, and still walkable to Tamarindo. Gated community with a guardhouse with friendly guards. We were a family of four, but this townhouse could have easily held six. Everything was very well maintained, and everything to get started was provided. Just hit the grocery store, which is less than a mile away and you are all set. We used the Bar B Q by the pool a few times, used the pool every day, and there were the occasional visits from the monkeys. Washer and dryer were great and the evening ping pong matches were fun. All in all a perfect find on VRBO, I’d highly recommend this rental.

This property is absolutely beautiful, boasting stunning views, plenty of space, and an amazing outdoor pool area. Our family of 12 felt right at home! Rafa, the concierge, met us at check-in and made us feel like true VIPs, while Lianeth took incredible care of us and the house. Every day, she spoiled us with a traditional Costa Rican breakfast, clean towels, and afternoon appetizers and cocktails! Rafa’s communication was also top-notch, and he even helped us book a last-minute zipline tour for our entire group.Just keep in mind that the property is very steep, both on the driveway approach and within the house itself. I wouldn't recommend this stay for anyone who struggles with stairs. We rented golf carts to get around, and I would definitely recommend it for this location!

I would highly recommend this condo for anyone with a larger group. The views were phenomenal. Brian (Owner) and Elsie (Property Manager) were so responsive throughout our stay. We had problems with an AC unit and they expiated a team to fix the unit.

Beautiful property. Plenty of space for our family of 5. We preferred to drive to the beach bc it is quite hilly. But without those hills you don’t get the gorgeous views!
