The latter is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a large smart TV, and a selection of board games for your evenings with family or friends. A toilet is also accessible from the ground floor.
Upstairs, the landing leads to three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with double beds (140 x 190 cm and 160 x 200 cm), while the third bedroom has two single beds (90 x 190 cm), ideal for children or friends. The bathroom includes a toilet and a washing machine, providing all the comforts you need for an extended stay.
Outside, you will discover an enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing in complete privacy. A relaxation lounge and two sun loungers are available for you to enjoy the sunny days. The garden can accommodate up to two cars, with additional parking in front of the house and in the garage. The garage is also equipped with a ping-pong table and four bicycles, ideal for leisure activities.
