The Space:
At Riverside Retreat, the whole house is available to guests. The first floor consists of a large mudroom with plenty of storage space for all your gear, bathroom, kitchen, large dining space, living room, spacious sunroom and first floor master bedroom with ensuite. Upstairs you will find the remaining three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The expansive deck is multi-level and is accessed through the sunroom. The hot tub is located a few feet from the sunroom door for easy access.

Amenities:
Riverside Retreat has an extensive list of amenities, including direct access to the Blackwater River! The river is accessed from the backyard using the dock. Included with the house is a pedal boat for guest use. There are life jackets available in the storage area just off the deck. The river is generally calm and great for swimming or paddle sports. On the deck is a 6-seater hot tub, large dining table with seating for 8, propane grill, and couches surrounding a propane fire table.
Inside the home is a large, heated sunroom with board games the whole family will enjoy. The finished basement boasts a fully equipped home gym and infrared sauna. Also in the basement, is a bonus hang out space, as well as comfortable seating and another television for family movie nights. There is also a variety of outdoor kids toys and games available at the house, including an obstacle course, volleyball net & more!
"The backyard was beautiful and it was equipped with plenty of seating from the deck area and it also had lights in the yard which looked beautiful at night as well. You could tell that this couple really thought outside of the box with all of the amenities the house had to comfort their guests. We would stay again!"

The house was perfect! It fully met our expectations from the listing and was a great place to stay! There is a hot tub, sauna, gym, a comfy living room, and a functional kitchen! It was great, we had so much fun staying there. We were there in the Spring and had a blast, and could only imagine how awesome it would be in the winter with the fireplaces. I would strongly recommend staying here if it meets your needs!

The house was clean and comfortable. In a peaceful setting. We were visiting family in Concord/Penacook which was an easy 25 minutes away. Check in/check out was great. Thank you.

Enjoyed a winter weekend here. Had an issue that we told Tricia about and a handy man came the next day quickly. Beautiful home and lost of space for a big group.

Our group of parents/kids/grandparents had a wonderful stay. Plenty of space, beautifully designed interiors, and the best equipped kitchen I’ve encountered in a rental. We would 100% return. The host Tricia was super helpful and responsive and helped us change plans when a snowstorm entered the picture.
