No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Building is undergoing construction on parking garage and may have limited parking or parts of garage blocked off during repairs. Balconies are also being washed and painted during this time, please reach out to see if your reservation may be impacted by non use of your balcony during this time. As with all construction, times and schedules are subject to change, please be aware there may be noise due to construction. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). It was a beautiful place to stay. Peaceful. It was clean but it needs the dehumidifier running while you’re there which they did provide. We loved our time there & would recommend it.

The unit is decent. The laundry area needs updating, pulling clean clothes out in this filthy closet was not ideal. The ceiling needs repair in the closet. The code to open the door is ridiculously long and there was no key to use. Neither television worked for the first two days. I finally got the living room tv working the last night. The air conditioning went out one night and we had to sit there in the humidity all day waiting for it to get repaired. We were promised a refund but nobody has been able to confirm our refund. The AC guy finally showed up at 9 pm to fix it.
