Our beach is gorgeous and I’m happy to send any pictures you’d like. Our home is perfect and available for your stay.
Enjoy our relaxing, gorgeous, quiet beach. Large oceanfront corner condo with wall-to-wall ocean views.
Our Space:
We love having over 2000SF of comfortable space for our family including:
✅Each bedroom with attached bathroom
✅Open and bright floor plan with large kitchen, living, dining and separate breakfast rooms
✅Living room with lots of seating, two walls of windows with a breathtaking view, cable, DVR, smart TV and white shutters
✅Fully equipped kitchen—with lots of counter space, new stove and bar seating—open into the big dining room
✅Separate quiet breakfast room with small bay window and white shutters (the breakfast table is a family antique and includes 2 leaves)
✅Dining room with huge custom table with lots of chairs (the pecan wood table has 2 leaves and lots of seating) and white shutters
✅The roomy glassed lanai with separate dining table and chairs to watch the sunsets 🍷
✅ Balcony with comfy sofa, chairs and table — sip coffee while watching sunrises over the ocean☕️
✅ Extra large washer and dryer in our home
✅ TV in each bedroom
3 Bedrooms With Adjoining Baths:
Owner's Suite - The oversized owner's suite has a king bed with walk in closet and dresser, oak writing desk and bay window. The adjoining bathroom has double sinks, a large garden tub, big walk-in shower with bench and separate toilet area.
Bedroom 2- This bedroom has a large window (with room darkening curtains), queen bed, walk in closet and smaller bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Bedroom 3 - This bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, closet, room darkening curtains and shutters and larger attached bathroom.
Lanai- On the lanai, we have an inflatable queen sleeper sofa and separate air conditioner unit.
Inflatable queen mattress in sectional Ethan Allen sofa in family room.
Ceiling fans - we have ceiling fans throughout our space.
Things Provided:
We provide thick thirsty towels, washcloths, sheets, pillow and pillow cases, blankets and complimentary amount of paper towels, toilet paper, coffee (regular and decaf for the Keurig, although there is a drip coffee maker too), cream, sweeteners, tea, napkins, salt, pepper, oil, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and fabric softener. We also have a mop, broom and vacuum as well as contact information for a local house cleaner if you would like service during your stay.
Please enjoy our many beach towels, folding sand chairs and boogie boards and our sturdy beach umbrellas with sand anchors and a drill to sink the anchors into the sand. We also have an electric grill.

Ponce Inlet is a beautiful, peaceful barrier island town with a state park at the tip. The restaurants, water sports, docks, ice cream shop and other amenities are unobtrusive. One popular spot is the Racing’s North Turn restaurant with outdoor deck overlooking the ocean. The restaurant got its name as the original Daytona race was on the beach and this area was the north turn for the race.
The no-drive beach is quiet and is home to our protected sea turtles, birds and other living things.
We love the beauty and peace and quiet—our buildings are predominately residential occupied either do not permit leasing or only permit monthly leasing.
We have our own Marine Science Center (http://www.marinesciencecenter.com) parks and preserves. Museum of Arts and Sciences, a Smithsonian affiliate (https://www.moas.org).

Access and Directions:
You will be provided codes for the front gate and doors, your own code for the doors to our condo and an access code to the beach. We will also send step by step instructions with pictures to enter the community and our home.
Other Notes:
Our condominium association requires a 30-day minimum lease. It also requires us to let you know a violation of condo rules will result in a termination of the lease.
Rules emailed upon request and provided in a notebook in our home.

Love the low key Ponce Inlet location! The condo is spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need - a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, high quality linens, plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The hosts are so nice; very responsive and accommodating. We are planning to return next year.

This is a premier rental property in PI. If you are looking for a beautiful beach rental, this is it. The condo is incredible and the owners have thought of every detail to make your stay perfection. Beds are super comfy and linens are wonderful. Plenty of beach chairs for a crowd. Umbrella - check. Beach towels - plenty. Starter supplies, waterproof bag, games for the fam, binoculars - check times four. All of this in a safe, gated complex right on the beach. You will not be disappointed. Thanks for the great month!

This was our second time staying in this unit. We highly recommend it. It’s well-stocked, clean, and nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable. The ocean view is wonderful and the location is great - lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. We especially appreciate that the owner is very responsive and accommodating.

The condo had all the comforts of home and a beautiful ocean view and beach. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed linens and towels were high quality. We appreciated the large, comfy couch and the cozy throws. Having the DVR and all the streaming services (Netflix, Prime, etc.) was a real bonus. Margaret was a very responsive and helpful host. We really enjoyed our stay.
