We spend a couple of days in Thessaloniki every summer, and we always choose an apartment in this particular area. We were surprised that this year's offer was worse than in previous years, and I think we were lucky to find the Aristi Apartment available. It was everything we expected (the balcony was even bigger than we thought!). The property manager provides very clear instructions about everything you need to know for your stay!
We were a company of four, and there is only one bedroom in this apartment, so we expected that the sofa bed in the living room would be already made up for us, but, alas, we had to figure out on our own where the linen and towels for two more people were.

Check-in instructions were forwarded to me an hour later than my scheduled arrival, after emailing and complaining to Booking directly. Property address listed incomplete with wrong contact telephone number and couldn't get in touch with the owners. Lock box jammed, had to wait yet another half hour for someone to come and physicially force the box open.
