Location and great views. Access to laundry room. Nearby grocery store.
Little information leading up to stay re how access would be given, depended on owner also being present at the building but this was only advised 24 hours before. This was quite stressful before long flight not knowing even what the process was going to be.

The property was nicely appointed and located conveniently downtown.
The glass table - should be oval or round. The sharp corners were difficult to avoid.

Good location, clean and tidy
Being asked to take rubbish to the waste compactor in the basement and also being required to send a photo proving we had left the keys

Great location, views, and gym option.. Available last minute and affordable. Responsive host.
Inflexible check-in. We booked last minute due to travel delays that eventually got dangerously close to check-in timeframe. No backup or after hours options added to stress of travel. Secondly the apartment was not in the greatest shape. There was mold in the shower and weird spots on the pillowcases.
