La entrega de llaves no es un producto tangible, cuando se contrata se asume que será mínimamente aceptable, en mi caso fue un desastre, mas de hora y cuarto esperando, y encima nos querían cobrar el máximo por ser fuera de hora. El estado de los colchones, sitios donde uno pasa 8 hs por día no se ve cuando se contrata, solo se aprecia cuando se usa, los de esta casa son lamentables, increíble que se sigan usando en 2026. Uno de los baños (inodoro y aseo) muy pequeño. El trato fue bastante despersonalizado. Puede que hayamos tenido mala suerte pero no estaría de mas pensarselo dos veces antes de contratar aquí

The location is exceptional! And, the staff is very proactive and attentive. The place is bright and spacious.
Cleaning could be improved. The ashtray was dirty, and so was the balcony. The mattress is not comfortable whatsoever, and the bed makes a lot of noise. The toilet... let's say you need to be very short for your legs to fit in the space.
