Starting out, the communication was poor. 2 weeks between responses and answers to questions regarding modifying our schedule due to a flight cancellation/change. Despite numerous day-of heads-up messages about our arrival time, the liaison was still late showing up, and my family was waiting on the sidewalk in the full sun with suitcases. Listing said 1 full sized bed, 2 twins. This was not the case. It was 2 full sized beds, 1 with 2 twin mattresses. NOT the same thing. We needed to put 1 of the mattresses in the kitchen to make it work. The pic shown on the listing is not accurate, nor was the description. The place was clean and had the necessities…though if no A/C they should at least have screens for the balcony doors. You’re either dealing with flies during the day or mosquitoes at night. If the place had 2 actual twin BEDS (not just 2 mattresses thrown on a single fill sized frame), I would have felt better about the whole experience.
