Ottima posizione centrale rimanendo comunque una zona tranquilla, ma tutto raggiungibile a pochi passi.

L'appartamento è di ottime dimensioni, si presenta molto bene, ristrutturato da poco e pulito. Ci sono tutte le dotazioni per la cucina e per il bagno molto confortevole. Il letto è davvero molto comodo. La zona è molto tranquilla e perfetta per raggiungere il centro a piedi e girare Colmar in tranquillità.
Purtroppo le vecchie scale sono estremamente rumorose, i vicini di sopra scendono senza fare un minimo di attenzione, hanno un cane che se lasciato da solo abbaia di continuo. I cuscini decorativi posti sopra il letto sono abbastanza sporchi, non li metterei a contatto con i cuscini del letto. Non c'è alcun tipo di interazione con la proprietà se non per le informazioni di servizio (molto utili e dettagliate) ma non ci è stato dato nessun contatto per eventuali necessità.

L’appartement est bien situé, on peut utiliser la petite terrasse. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour se faire à manger (four, ustensiles de cuisine).
La télé n’était pas fonctionnelle car il manquait une télécommande. Nous l’avons signalé à l’hôte, qu’il a fallu relancer avant d’avoir une réponse. Au final il a dit qu’il trouverait une solution mais n’a jamais réécrit. Nous pouvons comprendre qu’une télécommande ait été perdue mais le minimum aurait été de nous prévenir s’il n’y avait pas de solution au lieu de ne plus donner signe de vie.

the location
the mattress and pillows along with the sheets are miserable. communication with the staff is very old, they respond with delay. the room is located in the middle of the infrared space, it is in a blind spot and the sun never comes in. and the cleanliness is below average. the wall needs painting. the money is too much in relation to the quality of the room
