Amazing staff helping you to enjoy the cities attractions

Staff was incredibly nice. They shared details about places to visit, places to eat, etc. Any queries we had about the city were answered. They were truly amazing!

Enjoyed our stay; some small improvements would enhance.

Spacious, comfortable rooms, garden and ability to take chairs on the roof. The homestay does not feel like a hotel (which we think is positive). Easy to get to historic sites and to restaurants from here (some walkable).

You need to keep on top of the staff if you need items. The “kitchenette” is lacking in most items and this could be easily remedied. Guests are encouraged to award a 10 in reviews. Not every room has a chain and secondary bolt.

I stayed at Anandmai Heritage Homestay for 5 days and 4 nights and had a lovely experience. The homestay has beautiful heritage charm with modern comfort. Rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hosts were warm, helpful, and always available with local tips. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the location is great—close to major attractions yet quiet. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jaipur.

Clean and pleasant guest house with great size rooms!

Clean and spacious rooms ( we were upgraded to a huge room with a lovely terrace) centrally located. Lovely bed linen! Refillable water bottles, kettle for tea that’s supplied.

A little noise, but ok with earplugs.

Excellent stay. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

There was excessive noise, apparently coming from the boilers. I had trouble sleeping. And the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting; I couldn't connect in all parts of the room.

It's okay if you're on a smaller budget or on a last minute trip.

The room was spacious and comfortable.

The bathroom was extremely disappointing. The property we were put up at was across the street from the actual property. There was no security at all.

The property was ventilated and the room was secluded on the roof. Nice to be away from the hustle bustle.

The curtains were so useless as they let so much light into the room at night. The main property light stays on at night and it felt as if the bulb was right in the room. Thick curtains are needed. The geyser switch had to be turned on by taking off the ac switch, and no one had informed about this. The kitchen for common use had very dirty utensils, and was just in general quite filthy. One should try to maintain it regularly. The host didn't have the time to meet and let her staff handle everything. Her staff was always quick to run off, making me having to call her or run after her. I let the windows open and when it rained there was so much water in the room, a lot of my stuff got wet. Either they should inform the guests or have larger eaves, shades, or something. If nothing, just a quick heads up would help. Even when I left the keys for cleaning they had not cleaned the room. The staff told me they were busy in other rooms in the other building. Then they came. Their cleaning was a quick wet wipe without a sweeping and didn't even take garbage or give towels. Was so tiring to have to ask for every little thing. Again a call back was required because they had run off one by one without finishing the tasks and without informing. The dog at the property barked endlessly from inside the house every time I came in or left from the main gate. The latch for the door from inside was so flimsy that more than a gentle push to the door would break it. The first night I did sleep with a sofa behind the door. But then got used to it. Must fix it. More than the comfort of the guest, the host kept insisting on seeing the screenshot of the payment. As if. Not up to expectations. When can show antique furniture and great aesthetics but basic functionality should not be ignored.

Wonderful hosts, clean, comfortable and cozy place to stay!

We stayed here for 3 days in the month of September and we loved it! Anand & Maitree are wonderful hosts and have ensure the guests have a pleasant time at the homestay. It is in a really good location and maintained well. We took the triple room with terrace. The room has AC, fan, geyser, television, a large comfortable king sized bed, table, wardrobe, iron, a large bathroom and more over is clean and comfortable. They even have fire-extinguisher for unexpected emergencies! We had a wonderful time here and would love to see this place thrive!

Genuinely fantastic Homestay! We loved it!

Very responsive hosts who kindly took our booking last minute and waited up for us when our train got in late. They gave us the large room upstairs which was incredible, absolutely massive. The room was very comfortable, clean and has all facilities required. Bathroom also clean with hot water. Mini fridge, kettle with tea, filter water on tap for drinking! Even an ironing board!! Fabulous.

The only thing we didn’t like was that we were not staying longer!

A piece of India I have been looking for.

Cannot fault this lovely place. So comfortable, very clean and nice big airy room, good shower, peaceful, lovely decor and the staff and owner went above and beyond. My room was in the house opposite the main house and what I saw of the common area in the main house it looked amazing too.

Wonderful heritage stay that feels like real home

This Homestay is a little gem in Jaipur! The owners are super kind and helpful and really make you feel like home in their home. The property is magical, with traditional heritage look which makes you feel like you’re in some kind of fairytale palace. The garden was so beautiful and well kept and an amazing place to relax. The cleanliness was on a European level which is hard to find in India sometimes. The location was great as well, you could get anywhere in Jaipur in around 10mins with a tuktuk or Uber. I felt super safe as a female solo traveller. I can 100% recommend!

The room was extremely good. It was so spacious, traditionally styled, well kempt, and very comfortable. The price was affordable, there wasn't much noise, allowing you to get comfortable sleep.

Hotel, au calme, loin des klaxons, des villes très propre

Hotel, très au calme, et bien situé… personnel, sympa… la chambre que nous avions avait une fenêtre, mais qui donnait sur un couloir, donc nous nous sentions enfermés … de toute manière, ce n’était que pour passer la nuit, car nous partions de bonne heure le matin. Et rentrons le tard le soir… petite cuisine et salon en bas pour se détendre, terrasse d’extérieur
