Jól felszerelt, kényelmes, szépen berendezett. Az ingyenes mosási lehetőség kifejezetten tetszett.
Sokszor nem volt melegvíz, az internetkapcsolat 5-10 percenként elment. Sajnos nem a legjobban megközelíthető, a szűk utcák miatt sokszor több perces dugók alakultak ki. A mosogató lefolyója használat után még percekig csepegő, zörgő hangot adott ki, ami nagyon idegesítő volt. A főbejárat kapucsengője elromlott, így nem lehetett bejutni az épületbe. A probléma sajnos egy hét múlva is ugyanúgy fennállt.
