The apartment had everything I was looking for during my long stay in Budapest. Desk with a socket ✅ TV ✅ Washing machine ✅ Near the main attractions ✅ Good transportation ✅ Central heating during winter ✅ Kitchen ✅ Coffee machine, kettle and toaster ✅

I have to say I was completely uncomfortable and annoyed at David ( who I presume, is the owner of the flat ?) When I first booked the flat more than two months in advance I received the SMS requesting basic info about my stay. I answered his questions and asked him about facilities of the flat and check in process. I never ever received a single answer through the Booking SMS. I thought once the date was closer he would answer to my questions. After some time I asked him again. I was Ignored. Over and over again, about four times. I was already traveling in Europe as a solo female and I desperately needed to know if my late check in would be a problem. It even crossed my mind that the booking was a scam. All the worst thoughts made me feel stressed and anxious. The day I was arriving in Budapest he hadn't answered/ said not a single word. I had to call to a number that's on the booking. Fortunately a woman answered my call and helped me out with my questions and check in. I honestly wouldn't stay there again ,not because of the apartment, but because of his careless attitude towards his guests. I had a very bad time because of his lack of professionalism and consideration. No microwave ❌ No simple supplies like salt, sugar, oil ❌ Zero guests support ❌

Très bon emplacement à côté d’une station de métro et de la maison de la terreur. Très confortable, ascenseur, serrures automatiques bien pratiques.

Absence de micro ondes.

The location is good, close to city centre.

Place needs better cleaning as you could see the marks on the floor and hob. Also the washing machine wasn’t working and I loaded it with clothes and they only got wet, had to wash them by hand after. I would prefer to be told the washing machine is broken so I would not use it rather than washing the clothes by hand after.

셀프체크인 시스템인데 호스트가 부킹닷컴으로 연락이 안돼서 로밍까지 해가며 문자를 보냄. 새벽에 체크인하는 일정이었는데 호스트가 체크인 방법 전달을 깜빡해서 하마터면 못 들어갈 뻔 함.... 너무 화가 났었음. 그 이후에도 연락이 잘 되지 않았음. 세탁기가 고장나서 오전 일정을 날렸음.
