Palazzo Leone - 3 Cities Luxury

Spacious property, location and weather :). Delicious birthday cake provided by host

Kitchen could have been better equipped as there was 9 of us but it wasn't a problem for us as we ate out everyday.

An amazing house. We were only 3 couples but we could have comfortably had more in our group

If you don’t like stairs ! No problem for us but there are a lot of them.

Palazzo Leone was a beautiful villa that exceeded our expectations. The rooms were comfortable and the AC kept us cool during the heatwave. Our family LOVED the upper floor where we ate meals, swam in the pool or watched the sunset over Valetta. One of my favorite things was to walk to the corner store to get fresh veggies for dinner. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer to keep up with our laundry. Kristina was helpful to answer questions and give recommendations.

There are many stairs in this villa! Our family is healthy and active, so this was no problem for us, but would be important for others to know. Some of the furniture in common areas appears worn but everything else about this home is so amazing that it was easy to overlook some of the wear and tear.

A character property of considerable style in a great location to enjoy the calm and amenities of Senglea and Birgu, but still within easy reach of Valletta via the Conspicua ferry service or water taxi. There is a wonderful roof terrace with pool and spectacular views - but expect to climb a lot of stairs during your stay! Kristina (the property agent/manager) was excellent - very responsive 24/7.

The property would benefit from TLC, particularly in the bathrooms, and the furniture in the sitting room was stained and dirty. The photos of the property did not reflect its current condition or presentation. There was an absence of useful information about the property - e.g. what to do with rubbish/recycling, location of fuse boxes, operation of kitchen appliances etc. During our stay we learned that the property had recently been acquired by its current owners who intend to develop it as a boutique hotel after the current season, so there will be no new investment in the property before then.
