Palazzo Leone - 3 Cities Luxury

Beautiful property that had everything you could ever need. There was so much space, the rooftop had beautiful views and we were welcomed so warmly. Everyday the host messaged to see if we needed anything. Really was a great find!

The property is well located, close to grocery stores, cafes and the local ferry service. The interior of the property is amazing and the pictures on the website do not do it justice. The bedrooms are all immaculate, the living room is bright and spacious. the kitchen has everything that you could ever need and the private terrace/pool area is the kind that you would see as a shared facility in a top rated hotel. It ticks all of the boxes and then puts ticks in boxes that I didn't know that I needed. A special mention for Kristina who met us at the property, gave us all the help and information that we needed and gave instant replies by text message to any follow up questions that we asked. She was so good. A truly wonderful property and I am so, so sad that we had to leave.

A character property of considerable style in a great location to enjoy the calm and amenities of Senglea and Birgu, but still within easy reach of Valletta via the Conspicua ferry service or water taxi. There is a wonderful roof terrace with pool and spectacular views - but expect to climb a lot of stairs during your stay! Kristina (the property agent/manager) was excellent - very responsive 24/7.

The property would benefit from TLC, particularly in the bathrooms, and the furniture in the sitting room was stained and dirty. The photos of the property did not reflect its current condition or presentation. There was an absence of useful information about the property - e.g. what to do with rubbish/recycling, location of fuse boxes, operation of kitchen appliances etc. During our stay we learned that the property had recently been acquired by its current owners who intend to develop it as a boutique hotel after the current season, so there will be no new investment in the property before then.
