I was very disappointed.

The pillows were soft and the bed.

I was very disappointed with property. The room was very small, no place to put the clothes or bags. The toilet seat is next to the bed, divided by a small glass. The wifi didn't work and TV, no space to charge the phones. The noise level was unbearable in the passage. The room didn't have air conditioning or fan.

Loved the location (Sea Point), the hotel staff was polite

The room felt dirty, with old bottles and dust under the bed. They never cleaned it. Toilet paper was not replenished (I only had a leftover roll), towels were not changed (10 days of staying). The electronic key card lock on my door was broken for the entire stay The window in the room was broken and wouldn't close. The curtain was also faulty. People from the parking can literally see u peeing (the toilet is right in front of the window) Plus no AC and it was impossible to sleep in that room.

My stay at your BnB was very disappointing. Firstly, my room was not cleaned at all. There was dust everywhere, and it looked like no effort was made to even sweep. There was also no space to pack my clothes, and on my side of the balcony there were multiple bins left open, which was very unpleasant. In addition, the noise coming from the kitchen in the middle of the night made it impossible to rest. Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve had at a BnB, and I am extremely unhappy with the standard of service. I hope you can address these issues urgently for future guests.

The noise levels of the guest opposite and next to me. At 02.30am they were still extremely load.I had to get up a lot of times to either call the security or knock on the door myself. The number of guest in the rooms that was making the noise was way more then there should be.
