Ruhige zentrale Lage mit Aussicht, gratis Parkplatz neben Haus. Praktisch und gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit grossen Fenstern, schönem Balkon und gutem Bett. Die elektr. Store am Wohnzi-Fenster ist angenehm. Klare Anweisungen für Self-Check-In und -Out, nette Vermieterin/Verwalterin mit guter Erreichbarkeit sogar über WhatsApp. Hund akzeptiert als Pluspunkt. Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Dorf zu Fuss möglich.
Schlechte Wohnungstür, Schallisolation in etwas älterem Gebäude nicht gegeben. Alte Kochplatten brauchen lange zum Erhitzen. Leider hatte es auf dem Balkon keinen Sonnenschirm (Juli/Aug.26).

L'emplacement, le confort de l'appartement , le balcon donnant sur la prairie
La canapé lit n'est pas très confortable. L'isolation phonique est insuffisante. Les espaces communs à cet immeuble nécessitent entretien et rajeunissement.
