A converted barn adjacent to a pub, which served an excellent and varied menu. Definitely a cut above the usual pub fare. Authentic Indian food along with more classic international dishes. Great choices for vegetarians. We were sorry we weren’t staying for Friday, when Thali was on the menu. The decor and facilities were of a high standard, very comfortable. The host and staff of the pub were lovely. The location was ideal, with a well stocked shop opposite and a short pleasant walk to Pin Mill. Bus stop opposite too. Shotley peninsula is a hidden gem with lots to do for nature lovers.
