The host is really nice and accommodating, very responsive, and the apartment is great, basically like a hotel vut with a small kitchen to use. Very nice bed and bedding, everything spotlessly clean. There is a coffee machine, a microwave, a stove top thing (for very basic cooking), a fridge, a large TV with a Netflix and Youtube account. There's a small balcony (for smokers it's ideal) and the apartment looks onto an inner courtyard. The parking garage is a plus because street parking is hard to come by in this area, and the location is amazing, close to great shops, restaurants and bars. I know this area well, so I knew what to expect and it was a really comfortable stay for me and my dog :)

The wifi is pretty weak, this is an issue because even mobile coverage is spotty for some reason. If you are planning to do a lot of work, this could be an issue (but easy to fix I think). The main problem is the sound insulation in the building, you can literally hear everything through the walls. This is not the host's fault, obviously, but I was woken up a bunch of times by the neigbors coming home in the middle of the night or their dog barking for an hour. If you get better neighbors, of course this could be a non-issue but honestly, this was my only problem with this otherwise great apartment. Get earplugs for sleeping and you will love it because otherwise it is really good.

C'est spacieux, propre, bien équipé et avec des supérettes de proximité. Les stations de tram n'étaient pas éloignées.

Il n'y a pas de rideaux à la fenêtre.
