The property is perfect for a big group, with spacious common areas that gave everyone plenty of room to relax and spend time together. The apartment was also well ventilated and felt comfortable throughout our stay. The location is definitely one of the highlights — its centrally located to all the main attractions and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and cafés within less than a 2 minute walk, making it very convenient for exploring Budapest and enjoying the city. Overall, a great choice for larger groups looking for plenty of space and an excellent central location. Would definitely recommend!

While it had everything, maybe adding more utinsels in the kitchen if someone wants to cook during the stay.

That it stated air conditioning and it wasn’t working in the hot weather.

Perfectly located at the city centre with most attractions are within 15-20 minutes walkable distance.

Overall, we had an excellent stay but there are a few areas that could be improved to better manage guests’ expectations and enhance the experience. * Although the apartment had air conditioning units installed, they were not operational. When we enquired, we were advised that, due to the building’s heritage status, air conditioning is not permitted. It would be helpful to mention this clearly in the property description so guests know what to expect before arrival. * As the apartment is part of a larger residential complex, locating the key box for the main entrance was somewhat challenging. Clearer arrival instructions or additional signage would make the check-in process much smoother. * Despite the booking being made for the correct number of guests, there were not enough towels provided for our two-night stay. * The shower in one of the bathrooms caused significant flooding each time it was used, which should be addressed to prevent inconvenience for future guests.
