Excellent location and Service Highly Recommended

Everything was excellent

Nous avons passé 1 semaine en famille à 4 dans cet appartement. tout les commentaires sont vrais. D'abord les échanges par mail avec Veronica étaient fluides et réactifs. Ensuite nous avons été accueillis a notre arrivée par Luigi, un hôte tres sympathique et attentionné, qui nous a présenté l'appartement, et nous a expliqué où se situaient les lieux de visite, le métro, les restaurants, supérette etc... Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les attentions à notre arrivée: bouteille de proseco, de jus d'orange et de quoi déjeuner dans le frigo: lait, œufs, jambon, fromage + pour le petit dejeuner: 1 gâteau, des biscottes, confitures etc... Dans la salle de bain: serviettes, chaussons et brosses à dent emballés, comme à l'hôtel ! Luigi a répondu également très rapidement à nos questions par mail durant le séjour. L'appartement est spacieux, et bien équipé. la décoration est soignée, la hauteur sous plafond, la peinture de la chambre et le carrelage du salon d'époque vous mette dans l'ambiance romaine des votre arrivée. Tout est parfaitement propre. Le lit et le canapé lit sont confortables. la clim fonctionne bien ce qui est très appréciable au mois d'août ! et enfin, bien qu'à 100m du Colisee l'appartement est très calme . il y a un petit bar avec terrasse so us les arbres au pieds de l'immeuble très agréable pour boire un verre après une journée de visite. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et nous recommandons sans aucune réserve. un grand merci pour cet agréable sejour

I stayed here in early July in 2026.. The location is excellent: the Roman Forum and the Colosseum are within walking distance, and the Colosseum metro station is just five minutes away, making travel on Metro Lines B and C very convenient. The apartment is well-equipped with amenities like a kitchen and washing machine; there were welcome drinks and coffee, water and juice in the fridge, and even laundry detergent provided. You can settle in comfortably right away—all you really need to bring are a change of clothes and your favorite toiletries. It was also very convenient having a 24-hour supermarket nearby. It was hot during my stay, and I really appreciated the location when I visited the Colosseum in the morning; I was able to return to the apartment for lunch, take a shower to fully refresh myself, and then head to the Roman Forum in the afternoon. Despite being close to major tourist attractions, the apartment was quiet and free from the noise and bustle of the city, allowing me to sleep soundly at night. I would love to stay here again.
