La ubicación, las vistas increibles, , el ascensor hasta la playa y la piscina común. El aparcamiento, y a nevera.
Limpieza inicial, las malas condiciones de la cocina, sartenes cubiertos, además de insuficientes son muy antiguos. Tampoco hay tabla de planchar, el sofá cama está roto y sucio y la reforma deja mucho que desear. Hay aire acondicionado, pero es muy antiguo, y sin aire al ser un último piso, no se puede estar. Hay una habitación que no tiene ventana. Una pena, porque el inmueble en sí vale mucho la pena, sólo necesita una pequeña inversión.en reforma y un visita a Ikea.
