Location was good. Check out was easy. Clean.
It was pretty basic for the price. a little overpriced, we thought.
When we arrived, they immediately demanded cash - no cards. Fortunately we had cash, but just enough. They then proceeded to cancel the reservation on our behalf without us knowing or authorizing it. I sent a ‘WTF?!’ email to them and they said, “sorry, our system is down.” We were able to stay, but it was obvious they were canceling so they didn’t have to pay the fees to Booking. We saw them do the same to another couple just arriving who had no cash on them. Very stressful and pretty sure not per the rules set by Booking. Won’t stay here again.
