The ocean view and location. Bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was great
The recliner did not work and the sofa bed very uncomfortable. Didn’t have much dealing with the staff but the ones we did weren’t the nicest

The location was amazing! Quiet!
Room was not thoroughly cleaned when we got there. Trash/snack wrappers under bed, walls and counters dirty. Mold in AC unit in living room. But still enjoyed my stay!

Maintenance staff
Property is very very dated. It needs a lot of cosmetic work to the outside of the building and pool areas. Nothing has been done to the condo that I stayed at. Pictures are made to like your room is spectacular but in reality they are very far from that. They haven’t done nothing to that room since they build it, probably since 1990. You are better off to spend one last day and pay to stay at the Hilton or Marriott. This is 3 times booking .com has let me down.
