Guests have access to the entire apartment. Guests can also use the pools and hot tubs located on the bottom level of this building. There is outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool as well as indoor pool and hot tub.

Conveniently situated oceanfront resort is located on the beach, 6 miles from Myrtle Beach State Park and about 1 mile from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade's attractions, shops, and restaurants.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around Myrtle Beach is by car or Uber. While staying at the resort you can walk to the beach or to the following attractions or restaurants.

Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will be waiting for you in your suite.

As a courtesy to other guests, and to maintain a healthy and clean environment, the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and smokeless tobacco of any kind is PROHIBITED. If there is evidence of smoking in your room and/or your balcony, you will be charged a minimum of a $250 fee to cover our cleaning costs. If discovered, a violation of this policy will result in your immediate eviction. This policy is taken seriously and is STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Please, please, please check-out at your arranged check-out time. Late check-outs are very disruptive to our cleaning, inspector and office teams and often inconvenience our next, incoming guests. All violators will be charged an unauthorized late check-out fee of $100.

❃NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE UNIT. Violating this policy will result in a minimum fine of $250, with additional cleaning fees potentially applying. Emotional support animals are not permitted. If you're bringing a service animal, please notify us at the time of booking or before check-in.

As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure a pleasant and pest-free environment, we have scheduled regular pest control treatments for our property. Floors 1 to 5: Pest control will occur on the first Tuesday of February, April, June, August, and October.
Our locations are privately owned and rented by individual hosts (please treat our properties with respect), all questions or requests must be made by contacting us as we are providing guest services. Any front desks operating in, or near, these locations will not have your information and will be unable to assist you with your stay or questions you may have.
Please note our pre-check-in policy. Failure to sign our check-in form and provide a valid government-issued ID by 3 PM on the day of check-in will result in the inability to check in that day. However, guests may reschedule their check-in for the next available day between 10 AM and 3 PM upon compliance with our pre-check-in rules.

Property was located within walking distance to many restaurants and activities. Check in was easy, the room was clean with the exception of dirty dishes from the previous guest. We were provided arm bands but the pool was full of people who were not staying at the hotel using the pools and lazy river. This location is clearly known to some locals as a place where they can come to swim all day and picnic under the trees without being asked to leave. The crowded conditions caused us to spend most of our time at the beach and very little at the pool. No one was monitoring wrist bands for entry.
