Modern with a good quiet location if you have a car. Plenty of parking available.
1. Check in process is through an outdoor automated kiosk. Would be fine except it was unable to print keycards. I’m traveling from the US and did not have a phone SIM card with local calls. I sent booking messages and an email to the listed apartment help and did not get a response after 2.5 hours. This was on a Thursday at 4 pm. After 2.5 hours I drove to the nearby ikea and borrowed an employees phone which let me complete check in. This is the first time in over 40 countries of traveling that I needed to make a local phone call to complete check in. The kiosk should have a phone available, or the staff should have WhatsApp or similar available for help. Or they should monitor their emails during reasonable check in times.
2. The apartment did not have coffee or tea makers. No oven mitts. The coffee machine in the common area was not functional.

Gute Ausstattung noch relativ neu und modern. wirkte sauber und gepflegt. Parken am Gebäude möglich.
in der Spülmaschine befand sich noch das schmutzige Geschirr der" Vorbewohner." An den Fenstern wäre eine Gardine o.ä. schön, da man sich sonst wie auf dem Präsentierteller befindet. Der Check in Automat am Eingang funktionierte nicht, es war auch kein Hinweis vorhanden. Andere Bewohner haben uns dann gesagt dass wir bei der Zentrale anrufen sollen.
Deshalb war der check in etwas nervig.

Das Zimmer ist groß, sehr sauber. In der Dusche hat man zu zweit unglaublich viel Platz.
Es ist eine Neubausiedlung...alles ziemlich neu und wirklich sauber.
Das einzig negative: das Kissen war zu hart.
