Beautiful Home, Walk to UF, Newly built

Good location, Spacious house with 2 rooms with good beds and overall clean facilities. Easy way to access the house, garage for cars and really nice kitchen and spacious living room with TV and channels!

My experience in the bathroom was disappointing. The shower curtain was stained and unclean, which was unexpected considering the quality and price of the house. Installing a shower door would be a necessary improvement. Additionally, the bathtub was clogged and drained water poorly, making showering unpleasant. I emailed immediately after my first experience, but no action was taken, reflecting poor customer service. On top of that, when I requested an early check-in, I was told there would be a $50 charge per hour. This seemed greedy and unsympathetic to guests, especially since many reputable hotels would normally acommodate at least one hour early as a courtesy.

The host was accessible and the unit exceeded my expectations. The unit was spacious & clean. The unit also had plenty of amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Recent remodel with update kitchen, very nice appliances and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on ( so good I asked for the make/model so I can replace my $3k Temperpedic)...yep that good.

Not much to complain about, think the living room couch was a sleeper, not the most comfortable.

Newly built, everything is new and very clean. Location is very central and close to campus. Communication was good. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Good for families, pet friendly.

The urban location may not be for everyone but we liked being close to everything.
