Waiting Staff and Reception were lovely.
The room was clean and spacious
Breakfast was very poor. Dry and burnt offerings
Staff behind the dining room counter didn't give a care if you had a request, made to feel like you were an incovenience disturbing their peace
Construction noise went on all night.
Roads around had live running sewage and active overflow discharges 🤮

The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly. The rooms were beautiful setup, with all amenities required for a comfortable stay. Love that the gym was open 24 hours
It would be helpful to have service information on Restaurnat opening times and locations in the room as there was a lot to remember. Also some air conditioning or fans will be great in the gym

Hotel not far from the Nairobi national Park.
Staff really kind and helpful (special thanks to Grace and Catherine).
Always available to help us with our request.
The room matched the pictures on the booking website.
We were able to do a late check out which was really helpful.
Nothing bad to say
