Sehr sauberes, modernes und gut ausgestattetes Apartment in sehr schöner, zentraler Lage.
Alle Apartments gehen von einer Art kleinem Innenhof ab, durch den auch die Stahltreppe zu den Apartments führt. Weil in allen Apartments Rauchverbot gilt (gut), werden dieser Innenhof und die Treppen als Raucherzonen genutzt - und das intensiv. Ensprechend riecht es dort durchgehend sehr stark nach Rauch und auch die Sauberkeit ist dort eher mittel...

Schön zentral, unkomplizierte Abwicklung, moderne Ausstattung, Preis-Leistung sehr gut.
Das Glas der Eingangstür hat einen großen Sprung und Vogeldreck vor dem Eingang. Dadurch ist der erste Eindruck nicht optimal.

It was very clean and very quiet.
The heat didn't work and for what money I paid, I didn't find anything in the fridge, like mineral water, cola... nothing. For the 2 days I stayed and the 2 people I was with, too few towels.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung und die Lage
Der Eingangsbereich war voll mit Tauben und das war super ekelig. Sie saßen überall. Die codeeingabe an dem Türgriff war nicht selbsterklärend. Zum Glück haben wir eine Frau gesehen die es uns erklärte. Außerdem funktionierte der tv nicht. Kein Signal empfangen und das wlan und diverse Apps am tv funktionierte nicht. Also war das Teil nutzlos. Leider waren das Geschirr und Besteck teilweise dreckig im Schrank.
