Accommodation was very satisfactory for our party of six and good value for money,
There were a few niggles - simple fixes, Generally we found the number of plates, bowls, cups, etc were insufficient for self catering. Fridges need de-icing and one wasn't cold enough even after temperature adjustment. The light bulbs in single bedroom were blown. House was clean but several cobwebs were observed around in the kitchen on arrival.

Lovely property and very spacious including the bedrooms.
Excellent ground floor bedroom and bathroom for disabled access.
Although in a residential area it was really quiet.
Would definitely rebook.

Location was quiet and close to amenities
The checking in was chaotic ,SIB could not find our payment.Then they could not sort out the extra payment for the damage waiver .Key code only arrived when we were almost there .Not enough towels and two dirty towels stuffed in a drawer . Facilities were basic,beds uncomfortable, upstairs shower inadequate and barely enough cutlery and mugs .House outside was very dusty but inside clean .Could do with smartening up
