Sycamore Farmhouse

We had a wonderful stay at Sycamore Farmhouse and will look forward to another visit. Graeme and Carol were very welcoming. The visit to the farms Hurd of Highland Cows was a real treat, offered by the owner, who shared a lot of his knowledge. The house had everything we needed. The bedrooms were very comfortable and bathrooms were beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped with the addition of an Aga which we enjoyed cooking with. We loved the hot tub and sauna too and let’s not forget about the darts and pool table! Thank you. We had such a wonderful relaxing stay.

The farmhouse was spacious, comfortable and well equipped with everything we could possibly need for our week's holiday. We were blessed with fine weather so made good use of the gas barbecue and ate our meals at the table in the covered decking area at the top of the garden. The two egg seats were well used; perfect for reading & napping. The games room (darts, chess & snooker/billiards) plus plenty of small games & books to read around the house. The jacuzzi and sauna. Plus being taken into the field of highland cattle by the farmer to see the 2-day old calf.
