Easy to access using public transport and value for money.
I booked for 1 week, but no one came to clean in1 week.

It was located in a nice neighborhood and near bus stops, a bank, and stores. It was very clean and wuiet for most of my stay.
The last few nights there was noise and random times most of the night. The building doesn’t have carpeting so things echo.

Es war sehr sauber und alles neu renoviert. Küche und Geräte ebenfalls sauber und neu. Ansprechpartner sehr freundlich und die Schlüsselübergabe verlief ohne Probleme. Preis-Leistung okay, ruhig, trotz der vielen Zimmer.
Da es sich um eine Unterkunft handelt, die hauptsächlich Montagezimmer anbietet, kamen mein Partner und ich mich wie "fehl am Platze" vor. Es ist halt kein Hotel mit dementsprechenden Feeling und keine Extras.
Handtücher nicht vergessen, es gab keine im Bad.
