Everything about this place was beautiful. It was clean. Security was very hospitable and they gave good recommendations. Very comfy environment and easy access to everything.
That's back door to the building where there is parking didnt lock or latch when you enter and exit

For anything I have questions about or concerns, they answer me quickly and professionally.
The parking garage looked grimy, and the area was a blind spot for locating the building. I sometimes was lost trying to find it.

Great location within walking distance of a lot of attractions.
While getting ready for bed on the first night. Someone was able to access our room and open the door. Come to find out, our room had been double booked and multiple people had access to our room. It was unsettling to know that you have your whole family in a location in an unfamiliar city and there could be other people with access to our room.
