Boa localização, organizado e limpo.
Gostamos de tudo, mas poderia ter aquecedor e filtro de agua. Tem alguns pequenos detalhes que precisa de manutenção, mas apenas um toque pra manter o padrao

Localização e instalações
Serviço de atendimento horrível, lamentável. Não atendem por ligação, somente por mensagem de watts app, não tem ninguém no local, não ficou claro que o atendimento seria assim (nada claro quando fiz a reserva pelo booking), mas a empresa que administra o local não tem a menor condição de atuar com o público. Imagine a situação, eu na porta do edificio tentando entrar e não tem como, tentando fazer ligação nos números que estavam fixado no portão e não atendem. Simplesmente não atendem.

It’s beautiful and clean, but very cold.
There is no heating at all. It was very cold there. The lounge area has a fireplace, but you have to buy the firewood and set it up by yourself.

A construção é nova , tudo bem cuidado. Pintura nova. Localização excelente. Portão automático. O serviço é muito eficaz, o que precisei, fui atendida prontamente.
Campos de Jordão sem aquecedor !? Congelante. Inconcebível. Tanto eu quanto o booking tentamos inúmeras vezes fazer contato na véspera da viagem para confirmar a questão do aquecimento (estava com uma pulga atrás da orelha) mas não tivemos retorno. Telefones não chamam ou não atendem, e sem reposta por email. Lençóis e toalhas bem surrados, Forro da cama rasgado. Cabelos no chão do banheiro.
