Erinomainen sijainti aivan keskustan ja juna-aseman tuntumassa ja rauhallinen talo sekä tilava huoneisto, joka vastasi kuvausta. Paljon oleskelutilaa ja hyvät sängyt, jopa ylimitoitetun runsaasti säilytystilaa. Ikkunat koko yhden seinän mitalta olivat kivat. Varustelu pääosin erinomaista, etenkin pidempää oleskelua ajatellen.
Käyttöastioita (kahvimukit ja lasit) oli liian vähän, joten pesukoneen joutui pyörittämään jokaisen ruokailun jälkeen. Päämakuuhuoneessa oli vain yksi erikoisesti sijoitettu pistorasia ja yksi yöpöytä. Vain yksi vessa vaati neljän naisen käyttäjäporukalta rytmittämistä, mutta tämä toki oli etukäteen tiedossa. Huoneistossa oli kesälle tyypillisesti melkoisen kuuma.

Asiointi vuokraajan kanssa oli erittäin helppoa. Ohjeet olivat hyvät ja selkeät, ja asunto oli kuvauksen mukainen. Varustelu oli jopa tavallista laajempi, oli mm. kahvia ja suodatinpusseja, fööni ja jopa shampoota ja hoitoainetta. Oli myös pienet tuulettimet molemmissa makkareissa.
Harmillista ettei ole ilmastointia, helteellä asunto on todennäköisesti kuuma, koska nytkin oli aika lämmin. Ikkunaa jos pitää auki niin kadulta tuli yöllä meteliä.

Ruokapöydän ympärillä oli vain neljä tuolia vaikka majoitus oli kuudelle.
