Left old food, but ok in overall

Available beds, dishes, pans. Good location.

There was left old chicken bones in the oven, quite disgusting. Beds were way too soft. Load city night. Parking is Abit ruff, payed and not always available.

Very comfy stay in the city center.

Nice apartment with all normal living features. Kitchen had pretty much needed kitchen ware. Apartment was fresh, clean and pretty much good as new. Location is very comfortably close to city center.

Kitchen extractor fan was not very powerful. For my cooking it was enough, just. On check out I had to spend quite some time to find my way to the trash room. It is not the most intuitive way to find.

Disappointed after a first good experience

Location in city center is great and appartment was big enough for 5 and pet friendly. Communication upfront was good. Access to get keys was easy.

Kitchen floor and table was not so clean (our dog spent first 10 minutes licking the floor... so it was probably tasty). Kitchenware was just enough for 5 and no big pan available for 5 (we managed as we spent only 2 nights)

The communication related with our booking, the guidelines about the room (we needed to throw the trash but they didn't provide us with information where is the bin, the sheets and the bathroom weren't very clean (stamps on the sheets, hair on the bathroom)

I recommend this apartment if you want to stay in the city center at a reasonable price.

The host was easily available by phone call even out of office time. The location was great. Beds and bedlinens were really clean.

The parking costs 9€/night but in booking.com was categorised as a free parking properties. The apartment was clean but not deeply. There was unwashed coffee cups in the kitchen cabinets. Some kitchenwares such as frying pans should be replaced by newer ones.

We recommend choosing an another accommodation and avoiding contact with this company at Kuopio

Unfortunately, the owner reacted very aggressively to the request to cancel the reservation, although the guests had an important reason. Out guest specially came to the owner’s office and tried to agree of the cancellation of the reservation. The owner of the apartment was very disrespectful and aggressive. We cannot recommend this apartment to you because this company does not respect its clients.

Bad

I made the reservation a few days in advance, but from 20 minutes before arrival I received information on how to get to the key. Terrible communication! They did not respond to messages for days, constantly changing the rules of payment. And when I arrived at the apartment after almost seven hours of travel, it was very dirty and smelled. Human Hair and animal hair everywhere, the floor stuck, the dishes were dirty in the cabinets. So I called the accommodation number, I was given a discount of 45 €, because I had to clean the apartment myself. So I sent the amount reduced by 45 € discount, which was proposed to me directly by the accommodation. Yesterday, after two days, I received a message directly from the owner that he did not approve any discount, that I sent the amount I decided myself and that the mess in the apartment is not a big deal. When I answered what I was told in the call and that I recorded the call for sure, he replied with an apology that I hadn't spoken to him, but allegedly to another man.. However, he wrote I should prefer to find other accommodation next time. I have to wash all clothes from the suitcase, because they are smelly, the apartment was disgusting and I definitely do NOT recommend this Kotimaailma branch in Kuopio! They are only interested in earnings, no interest in customer satisfaction.

Disappointing

We found an open beer can behind the TV, dirty towels in the washing machine, old mushrooms in the fridge and a dirty floor when we came into the appartement. The pictures on the internet were not representing our appartement.

City centre appartment

Location was very central just a few minutes walk from market place. Apparment was recently renovated and there was everything you need for few nigths stay.

Wether was exceptionally hot in Finland and the appartment was also very hot. There was no fan either. The street was very noisy which is to be expected in city centre. Appartment could have been a bit more clean. Nothing horrible, just small things.

Good and comfortable for a longer stay

I stayed in the Kirkkokatu 52 apartment that had a sauna. The apartment was very spacious and also had plenty of closet space for multiple people. There were four separate beds and I guess the couch might have also served as a bed. The sauna was equipped with a unique and nice "star" lighting and had plenty of seating area that was curved. The apartment was nicely equipped with a free WiFi, a HD TV, washing machines for laundry and dishes, a water kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave oven, a big fridge, a big freezer and an oven. There was a good number of cutleries, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, etc, in the kitchen. The place was quiet day and night - almost no noises at all from the neighbours. The location was great, near the city center, and there was a small K-Market almost right next to the apartment.

The TV didn't have the possibility for screen mirroring with a smartphone. Many places have a TV with that possibility nowadays. The Internet connection had minor occasional problems with connectivity, but it must be said that it still worked very nicely most of the time.

Good for a longer stay

I stayed in the Tulliportinkatu 14 apartment that had a sauna. The apartment and the building were modern and had plenty of comforts: free WiFi, HD TV, washing machines for laundry and dishes, a sauna, a water kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave oven, a fridge, a freezer and an oven. There were plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery and other kitchen equipment for one person. The place was quiet during the night throughout my whole four night stay. The apartment had excellent location right next to the city center and there was a nice restaurant in the same building on the street level (Kreeta). Also, the staff at the Kotimaailma office were friendly and gave very clear instructions and information about the place and where to take the trash, where to park your car, etc.

The Internet connection had occasional buffering and connectivity problems. The issue might have gone away by rebooting the modem, but I didn't try it, since it didn't happen too often.

Asunnon sijainti oli hyvä ja saimme joustoa sisäänkirjautumisen suhteen.

Siisteys oli alaluokkaista. Kylpyhuoneen lattia likainen,pinnat rasvaiset, wc roskis täynnä entisen majoittujan roskia, petivaatteet keltaisen pinttyneitä. Kunnon siivouksella voisi tehdä paljon hyvää! Oli myös sekavaa,että asunnon sijainti muuttui pariin kertaan ja vielä edellisenä päivänäkin kysyttiin halutaanko vaihtaa eri asuntoon.

Siisti, tilava, rauhallinen, kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi ja erinomainen sijainti. Asiakaspalvelu toimi hyvin, samoin avainten nouto.

Sängyn sijauspatja valui herkästi pois sängyltä. Nukkuessa saattoi sen vuoksi kellahtaa lattialle. Makuuhuoneen ikkunasta puuttui kiinteä painike, joten ikkunan avaaminen/sulkeminen oli hankalaa. Lisäksi ikkunasta puuttui aukipitolaite, jolla avoimen ikkunan olisi voinut lukita tiettyyn paikkaan.

Bardzo przestronny i wygodny apartament nieopodal dworca kolejowego w Kupio. Dobry punkt wypadowy do wycieczek po mieście i okolicy. Mieszkanie bardzo zadbane, czyste, przestronne i wygodne, z dobrze wyposażoną kuchnią. Na miejscu dostępna sauna, trzeba tylko zwrócić uwagę na zaznaczenie tej opcji przy rezerwacji. Bezproblemowy odbiór kluczy.
