The house was was an exceptionally maintained Victorian from the 1880a. It truly felt like we had stepped back in time. The house had all original detail!! The bed was comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely have going back.

Wonderful historic home in the historic district of Auburn. A real showplace with great attention to detail. Nicely appointed and decorated. A real joy to experience. Delicious hot breakfast and easy parking.
The door on our room didn't close properly and would pop open unless locked. Given the limited number of guests, it was not really a problem. Be aware that bathrooms are not ensuite, but are private facilities in the hall next to the room.

The breakfast was excellent. Theresa was an exceptional host. She was very accommodating. No complaints
Maybe I'm being a tad fussy but I would prefer breakfast served on warm plates so the food stays warmer.
