Preis (25€ pro Person) war eigentlich für ein Lost Place zu viel !

Die Lage für Wanderer bzw. Klettersteig - Fans ist perfekt (Kurze Autominuten zu mehreren Klettersteigen). Großer Balkon mit Bergansicht. Der Rest ist ein Lost Place !

Die Unterkunft erinnert an ein Lost Place. Alle Eingänge sind für jedermann zugänglich (Die Haupteingänge und Nebeneingänge sind nie Verschlossen !). Die Rezeption ist nicht besetzt (Dort sind nur Zettel mit einer Whats App Nr. für Nachfragen bzw. Beschwerden . Das Kellergeschoss hat an jeden Raum einen Zettel kleben...."da die Gäste alles Kaputt gemacht haben ist der Raum gesperrt". Alle Räume sind aber offen... Schwimmbad, Sauna, Billard und Tischtennis Raum usw. leider alles außer Betrieb und heruntergekommen. Die Ferienanlage war mal ein Juwel jetzt nur noch ein Lost Place (Schade eigentlich). Das Apartment war für uns "Annehmbar" (Wir sind Morgens los zum Klettern bzw. Wandern und erst spät Abends zurückgekommen). Was uns gestört hat war die Hygiene..... Backofen, Mikrowelle, usw. (Ich möchte nicht alles aufführen) war komplett "Versüfft". Wir haben die Küche nur für Eier Kochen morgens gebraucht (Leider nur einen großen Topf wo 10 Eier reinpassen und ohne Deckel vorgefunden. Das gesamte Inventar ist eigentlich Speermüll (außer das Schlafzimmer....das wurde wahrscheinlich vor ein paar Jahren erneuert). Witzig war die Kaution von 200€ (Wir haben es schnell zurückerhalten) in den AGB steht was alles kostet wenn man was kaputt macht)....z.B. Wasserkocher 40€ (Der vorgefundene Wasserkocher .....hat funktioniert und hat bestimmt mal 6,99€ gekostet (vor 5-10 Jahren). Die Kaution macht überhaupt kein Sinn da bei einen Schaden die Private Haftpflichtversicherung eintreten würde....allerdings bei Bildern des Inventars würde die PHV nur den Zeitwert bzw. Entsorgungswert erstatten...also 0€) Badezimmer....die Duschtüren gehen nur mit einen Kraftakt zu, da diese so einfach nicht gereinigt werden ....vom Schimmelbefall in der Dusche mal abgesehen. Die Unterkunft ist für 6 Personen angegeben....also 2 Personen geht noch alles andere naja. Ein Zimmer mit Etagenbetten ohne Fenster aber mit einen Abzug wie im Badezimmer.....

Its was not as clean as we expected and the Dusche was not in order, it means one room when showering the water was blocked and the the handel was injecting water, hot water cooker was not in order but everything was priced with a list and their prices in case of brokerage, which looks too funny, never seen before by any guest house. Even they frightened to do not cook anything otherwise the fire fighters will come and you have to pay 600 Euros. Everywhere with instructions in the rooms and it was all alarming to stay there, to cook there, when there is loud at night the police will be called over, never seen before such an atmosphere.

Aspoň že to nebylo drahé

Cena je jednoznačně plus, dobrá poloha pro naše potřeby, z potřebného vybavení apartmánu taky nic nechybělo.

1. Předání klíčů mohlo být úplně bezproblémové, ale místo toto jsem si musel dopisovat se stupidním chatbotem asi 5 hodin. 2. Kauce 200€: je pochopitelné, že chtějí kauci, nicméně způsob složení kauce a čas k tomu potřebný už zdaleka neodpovídal tak triviální záležitosti (viz 5 hodinové dopisování s chatbotem). Navíc si za převod kauce strhli poplatek 7 €. Kauci vrátili až po 10 dnech po ukončení pobytu. Kauce by měla sloužit k zajištění případných škod a ne jako krátkodobá půjčka se záporným úrokem! 3. Byli jsme 3, povlečené byly ale pouze jen 2 postele. Kdybychom neměli s sebou spacák, byl by to ještě víc nepříjemné. Následující den jsme dostali povlečení i na třetí postel. 4. Nebylo tam úplně čisto, zejm. ve společných prostorách a na balkóně. 5. Společné prostory a parkoviště také nepůsobily příjemně a bezpečně.

Schöner Lost Place

Die Lage war gut.

Ich habe 45 min für den Check In gebraucht. Es wurden mir 207 € statt 200 € Kaution abgebucht und nur 200€ zurückgezahlt. Auf dem Balkon stand ein voller Aschenbecher, die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und das ganze Hotel wirkt wie ein lost place. Im ganzen nicht zu empfehlen, da es versteckte Kosten enthält und es für das Geld deutlich schönere Hotels gibt.

Location and price

The place is run down, and everything inside is old. The pool and sauna are permanently closed. There was a massive overflow of rubbish scattered around the bins, as if animals had gotten into it. Joseph, the host, is not present and doesn’t answer phone calls—not even from Booking.com. He handles everything through WhatsApp messages. I understand this might be a cost-cutting measure, but when done poorly, it feels far from genuine hospitality. The hidden €200 deposit was also a questionable move on Joseph’s part. It’s not clearly disclosed anywhere during the booking process. You only find out about it after you've already booked and paid. He won’t refund the room cost, so you’re forced to pay the deposit if you want to stay.

Der extremPreis für drei Personen und die Größe des Appartements

Das Hotel hat eine Kaution in Höhe von 200€ verlangt, die auch im Vorweg abgebucht wurde. Nach knapp 14 Tagen wurden lediglich 195€ zurück überwiesen. Nach Rückfrage hieß es, dass 5€ Abwicklungsgebühr sind. Das ist in meinen Augen absolut unseriös, zumal dies im Vorweg nicht kommuniziert wurde …. Im Hotel waren wir so ziemlich die einzigsten Gäste. Abends stand auf einmal eine @Angestellte@ bei uns im Appartement. Nach Rückfrage, was sie möchte, meinte Sie, dass sie einem Gast etwas bringen sollte….(einfach aufschließen, ohne abzuklopfen?!…) . Ich war froh, dass ich nicht alleine Apartment geschlafen habe. Was noch zu bemerken ist, dass unser Schlüssel auch auf die Schlösser von den anderen Appartements passte (dies wurde bereits in einer anderen Bewertung erwähnt!). Das Hotel war sehr günstig, aber alleine würde ich dort nicht übernachten wollen….

Die Unterkunft hat sicherlich Potenzial – die Lage in der Nähe des Steinernen Meers ist schön, und auch die Apartments sind groß. Aber es fehlt an Authentizität, Service und Fairness.

Die Unterkunft „Whats-App Self-CheckIN – Gansl“ in Saalfelden wirbt auf Booking.com mit stilvollen Bildern und moderner Ausstattung – leider entspricht das nicht der Realität. Vor Ort präsentiert sich ein deutlich in die Jahre gekommener Betrieb. Zwar sind die Zimmer groß, doch alt eingerichtet und wenig einladend. Von dem modernen Eindruck der Online-Fotos bleibt in Wirklichkeit nicht viel übrig. Was mich besonders gestört hat: Die Kommunikation läuft ausschließlich über WhatsApp – keine Person ist vor Ort. Für manche mag das bequem sein, mir fehlte aber ein Mindestmaß an persönlichem Service. Noch fragwürdiger finde ich die Kautionsregelung: Man muss im Voraus 200 Euro hinterlegen – angeblich zur Absicherung. Zurückbekommen habe ich jedoch nur 195 Euro – ohne Erklärung, warum. Dieses Vorgehen wirkt weder transparent noch kundenfreundlich. Die Unterkunft hat sicherlich Potenzial – die Lage in der Nähe des Steinernen Meers ist schön, und auch die Apartments sind groß. Aber es fehlt an Authentizität, Service und Fairness. Alles in allem: enttäuschend. Ich würde nicht noch einmal buchen.

سعر الحجز يشد الانتهاء لانه بسعر رخيص ، لكن الوديعه عاااااليه جدا ويطلب منك التحويل ، ولقد اتفقت معه على استرداد المبلغ يدويا في حال تسجيل خروجي وتمت الموافقه كما هو واضح في المحادثه المرفقه ، ثم بعد التحويل الوديعه قال سيتم الاسترداد بعد 7 ايام ، فهو اخلف الوعد الاول ولم يتم الاسترداد ولا أظن انه سوف يوفي حقي ويستر مبلغي لانه فيه مبالغه سبع ايام يكفي يوم واحد يتأكد هل فيه أضرار او لا ، نصيحيتي البدائل التي لا تطلب تامين عالي اكثر من هذا الخيرار وأفضل ، وفي حال تم استرداد مبلغي من الوديعه التي كان سعرها 200 يورور ( 850) ريال سعودي تقريبا سوف يتم تعديل التقيم ،

الوديعه لا تسترد إلا بعد 7 ايام مبالغ فيها اتمنى الانتهاء لمن أراد الاستئجار

War sehr zufrieden mit der Ausstattung (mit Ausnahme kleine).

Das beste an dieser self-Check-in Möglichkeit war, dass man an die Uhrzeit nicht gebunden bleibt. Man muss keine Schlüsselübergabe vereinbaren. Bloß Anweisungen in der email/Nachricht folgen. Schließfachnummer und Code bekommen, dann geht auch Zugang zu dem Schlüssel.

In der Ausstatung waren nur kleine Tassen, musste 4 mal Kaffee machen :). Ansonsten alles gut

Izvrsna lokacija apartmana, odlično opremljen i topao, svi sadržaji za obitelj koja uživa u sniejgu.

Apartam taman veličine sa balkonom, ima sve potrebne uređaje i vrlo dobro opremljen, izuzetno topao, odličan za 4 odrasle osobe. Velik hotel, dosta sadržaja, teretana, prostor za sušenje pancerica i skija, praona i sušiona veša, biljar i stolni tenis. S obzirom da nema domačina na recepciji bio sam skeptičan sa self-chech-in no pokazalo se jednostavno. Na odličnoj lokaciji, blizina svih skijališta, Zell am see, Salbach, te blizina uređenih staza za skijaško trčanje.
